Doors above right are mahogany veneer entry doors These doors were cleaned and artist oils were used to disguise areas that had been nearly ruined by others The top coating consists of marine spar varnish toned with artist oils (Vandyke brown and burnt umber) There are approximately eight coats of varnish.
Doors shown below right are nine foot tall solid teak raised panel doors that were stripped , repaired and refinished using marine spar varnish.
Table below is pine that had a shellac finish. After stripping the shellac the table was top coated with marine spar varnish tinted with artist oils. There are approximate ten coats of varnish. Bowling ally wax is used as a polish.
